Made from tender handpicked tea buds from a limited crop every spring.  These delicate buds really do look like Silver Needles, sometimes referred to as Sparrow’s Tongue. Tea buds are very fresh and covered in what appears as tiny silvery white hairs. Our tea comes from the Fujian Province and provides a light pale infusion with a fresh aroma and smooth velvety flavor with hints of honeydew melon.
